Job Description

A confident and professional Facilities Manager is needed to managed this high profile, Grade A, premium commercial building in Central London. Are you a Facilities Manager with a proven track record in delivery an outstanding customer experience Are you an experienced Facilities Manager with a solid track record of managing a prestigious building and a good eye for detailCustomer Experience You will be able to confidently demonstrate your experience and knowledge of customer relationship management and the delivery of a first class customer journey / experience within a building management setting. You will enjoy working hand in hand with a major occupier who expects regular communication and feedback - think 5* hotel standards! A Facilities Manager who can build real relationships, enjoys regular face to face meetings and is someone who can think outside the box to resolve challenges, as well as all related reporting and administration (including service charge budgeting, variance reporting and statutory compliance etc).Service charge budget managementYou will have experience of managing a large service charge budget (budget for this building £2.5M) and understand the service charge process - you must be able to demonstrate this experience at interview. If your experience as a Facilities Manager includes any variance reporting and / or reconciliation that is highly advantageous.Hard and soft service deliveryIt is essential that the successful Facilities Manager is able to hit the ground running. You will work closely with the onsite teams (3 rd party providers) to deliver the highest standards across all service lines, with a focus on the customer journey at all times. One team, one goal approach! You will coordinate and manage all H&S and statutory compliance requirements for the building.ProjectsThe building is due to undergo a number of major projects in 2021 (including lift and chiller replacements) with the occupier in situ so amazing communication, project coordination and some technical / hard service knowledge is essential in terms of making this a success! Experienced in managing project costs and timelines as a Facilities Manager is certainly advantageous.Environmental and SustainabilityYou will be responsible for all related projects and reporting. The greener, the better although with constraints as with any large building.
