Job Description

As the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the building and its services meet the needs of the employees and adhere to health and safety standards. This role is critical in coordinating all activities related to the physical workplacein our professional services firm in London.Client DetailsThis reputable firm is one of the largest financial services firms in the UK, employing over 300 professionals across a range of departments.   • Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
  • Inspect buildings structures and report to the relevant engineer to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
  • Hard and Soft services knowledge and understanding.
  • Budget management ,SLAS and KPIs.
  • Contract management and Negotiation.
  • Handle insurance plans and service contracts.
  • Keep financial and non-financial records.
ProfileA successful Facilities Manager should have:
  • Proven experience as a Facilities Manager.
  • Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
  • IOSH,NEBOSH,IWFM
