Are you an experienced Maintenance OfficerProspectus is delighted to be working with a fantastic organisation who make a lasting impact towards ending homelessness in East London. This role will be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environmentby supporting and assisting the Facilities Manager and ensuring all facilities and equipment are maintained and available for use. You will be providing a courteous and polite service to all colleagues and residents as a member of the Facilities Team.Responsibilitieswill include but not be limited to: Carry out a wide variety of general maintenance work including; servicing, fault repair and maintenance of plumbing and non-electrical fixtures and fittings Effectively utilise all computer and office based systems to undertakeyour job Promote & provide high standards of customer care / satisfaction, support, guidance and advice to all aspects of the services provided by the organisation. Completing maintenance requests, ensuring that work is completed safely and efficiently withinthe agreed timeframeThis role will be based in Canning Town, East London.
