Job Description This role is an exciting facilities and property project manager focusing on a challenging project portfolio including the installation of zero emission infrastructure Job SummaryMy client is transitioning its properties and fleet to support the implementation of a Net Zero strategy. This role will support the companys operations and engineering divisions by delivering agreed outcomes of a variety of challenging and exciting projectportfolios including the redevelopment of new properties and installation of zero-emission infrastructure. Main Responsibilities
  • Project Manage project activities and tasks following a handover from the project sponsor.
  • Support with the establishment of a project brief with defined benefits, scope, goals and deliverables.
  • Liaise with project sponsors/stakeholders including the senior leadership team and Transport for London.
  • Support other members of the facilities and property team with applying project management principles.
  • Support with the development of a project pipeline and capacity planning.
  • Manage day-to-day delivery of projects.
  • Manage project budgets and reports.
  • Implement a project controls process and obtain necessary approvals to proceed at each stage.
  • Plan and schedule project activities and timelines.
  • Manage design teams and develop solutions.
  • Contract administration.
  • Upward reporting.
Essential Criteria
  • Proven record with at least five years of project management experience and delivering outcomes in line with project governance.
  • Experience in project delivery in the construction sector and in adherence to CDM
  • Association of project management or equivalent (APM); Current CSCS card and SMSTS Certificate or equivalent;
  • HNC in construction or civil engineering, and a professional certification like RICS and CIOB
