Job Description

Signature Recruitment have an opportunity to join our client, a prestigious London University, as a Facilities and Minor Works Coordinator. This is an immediate start role, based in the South Kensington area, and will be on a full-time temporary contract.This role will ideally suit someone who has previous experience managing multiple projects from start to finish, is able to juggle varying timelines and has experience managing diaries. If you possess these skills, then this could be a great opportunity for you!Facilities and Minor Works Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Checking the area of the campus and making sure that everything is up to standard
  • Liaising with the relevant people if any defects in the building are detected
  • Building strong relationships with contractors to ensure that the project is started and completed
  • Managing up to 20 projects simultaneously
  • Document management, ensuring everything is logged and following up
  • Taking minutes
  • Diary management
  • Facilities and Minor Works Coordinator Skills and Experience
  • Facilities or project coordination experience
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to effectively manage time and ensure that projects are completed within timeframe
  • Previous experience managing multiple projects and timelines
  • Strong organisation skills
