Organisation: Your Own Place CIC Job role: Facilitator - This is a full-time position with a one-year fixed-term contract (with possibility of extension) - The annual salary is £24,982 per year - This position has flexible and hybrid working with somedays based in Norwich each week - You will receive 26 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays) rising to a maximum of 30 - You will be subject to an enhanced DBS check - A full, clean driving licence and access to a car with business insurance cover is requiredfor this role (business fuel costs will be covered at HMRC rates). Much more than this, our traineesare enabled through our facilitation to name and discover their strengths as a means to future problem solving. Resilience is a true skill for life. Job Description What you will do in brief: Facilitate 1-2-1 and group Money, Housing, Tenancy & Cost of Livingsessions with trainees. These will be delivered online and face to face in a variety of settings, such as, supported accommodation, prisons, food banks, community venues, schools and people’s homes.
