We are seeking to appoint suitably qualified Fabric Maintenance Operative on a permanent basis to deliver a first-class service to the colleges within the group.Responsible for undertaking plumbing/fabric planned preventative and reactive maintenance work services throughout designated buildings, in additional to general caretaking activities, ensuring adherence to operational, regulatory, and contractual compliance.The role is critical to maintaining business functions, and is part of a specialist team of operational maintenance technicians focussing upon critical, essential, Statutory and Non-essential systems and asset operational maintenance and minor installationworks.We are looking for someone who is working towards or have a professional qualification within estates and facilities or a related area, IOSH/NEBOSH qualified, has a working knowledge of BMS Systems and has proven experience of working in estates and facilitiesand knowledge of hard and soft FM services.This is an exciting opportunity to join the CCCE team who are passionate and dedicated to providing CCCG with the best possible service as they endeavour to provide their students with the best possible teaching and training to fulfil the futures best suitedto them.
