Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Façade Design Engineer to join a well-established and award-winning independent façade Engineering consultancy in London. The successful applicant will enjoy working on a range of innovative projects supporting a wide-ranging client base in London.Requirements:

  • Technical knowledge of the curtain wall and cladding industry
  • In depth technical understanding of façade engineering and the relevant technologies/materials
  • Substantial commercial experience working for a specialist façade engineering firm (Consultancy or contractor)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong academic profile, ideally with a BSc degree in Engineering/Architecture
    • Typical Job Duties:
  • Full project management from inception to completion
  • Attend client meetings (Including virtual)
  • Produce technical façade tender audits from subcontractors
  • Conduct site visits where required
  • Produce technical reports and final assessments
  • Project delivery oversight including financial and time frame parameters
