At InterContinental London Park Lane, we are currently looking for a Host/Hostess to join the team covering Breakfast and Lunch serviceWelcome to No1 Park LaneSituated at one of the capital’s most prestigious addresses- where Her Royal Highness, Queen Elizabeth II once used to reside, InterContinental London Park Lane reinvents traditional luxury to present modern and flexible sophistication in the heart of Mayfair.Inspired by its location overlooking the Royal Parks, the hotel delivers elegant natural interiors and award-wining seasonal cuisine.Our Host/Hostessesare:

• Early risers!
• Able to cover Breakfast and Lunch service from 6:00am to 2:30pm
• Passionate about delivering great service and great food and drinks
• Have 2 years’ experience as a waiter or bartender in a busy restaurant and/or bar, experience leading small teams
• Are confident and show natural leadership capability. Hosts should be able to articulate a restaurant and bar revenue cycle especially focussed on how to manage and retain demand.
• Experience with handling guests queries and complaints
