Job Description

Export Sales Administrator Southeast London Up to £40,000The CompanyAn award-winning business, owning multiple beauty and wellness brands, covering most categories. Operating globally with an extensive product range, selling via retailers, distributors and wholesalers. Continuing to diversify their offerings and grow thebusiness, this would be an exciting time to join at such a pivotal point.What will you do

  • Managing customer portals & EDI
  • Progress customer orders with warehouse, meeting SLA’s on customer delivery
  • First point of contact for the office and UK/USA warehouse
  • Enquiries from UK/USA gathering information making decisions, ensuring smooth processes
  • Report on month progress and financial position to senior management
  • Management of orders once they are with the warehouse for the business in UK & ROW,
  • Ensuring warehouse have all stocks to fulfil the orders identifying and resolving issues
  • Arranging export bookings and queries
  • Manage haulier relationships
What do you need
  • Export experience including clearance of import shipments
  • Understanding of customs documents and procedures
  • Sales administration experience, ideally ecommerce/FMCG based
  • Understands the supply chain and end-to-end cycle
  • Experience of dealing with customers in the USA and UK
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite especially PowerPoint
