Job Description

My luxury fabric interior design brand in West London is looking for an Export Administrator for their European hospitality markets. This is a brand new role to focus on trade sales order fulfilment, client relations, office administration and processing support to the sales team and clients.Previous experience and knowledge of managing the export order process for hospitality projects is key and a European language - ideally Italian or Spanish.Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing outstanding customer service to clients in the UK and EU
  • Supports the client services department and outside sales teams in all areas of processing and trade sales administration
  • Working with the UK team as well as independently on all European customer account enquiries, trade sales orders, client sample requests via telephone and email. Completing duties to support the office, including shipping, credit control and customer service.
  • Processing all enquiries, quotes, purchase orders, shipments and tracking deliveries.
  • Completing orders from start to finish for hospitality clients within the UK and Europe, supporting the sales team on the projects and being proactive to follow up with clients ensuring the smooth delivery of their orders. Working across multiple time zones and prioritising these daily tasks
  • Supporting the European market distributors and sales team to help progress sales orders
  • Liaising with USA distribution sites regarding stock, quality control and urgent enquiries relaying the information back to the client
