Are you over rec2recs all sounding the same, boasting clients with "market leading commission" or the work hard, play hard’ culture they have Me too…I won’t throw our Industry leading clients’ or Consultative’ approach to candidate sourcing (whatever is meant by that!). This is going to give you an honest view of what Im trying to achieve here at RULE.We’ve been going for 5+years recruiting for the Recruitment and Sales industries, our founding director however has been doing exactly this for 17 years now (yes, 17!). Our primary focus is on clients HQ’d in London (some have various locations worldwide), spanning most professional services industry verticals.Im actively looking to hire for a number of them who’ve weathered the covid-storm and remain on track with their growth plans. Start-up businesses with £1M+ financial backing, boutique agencies specialised in one industry niche, or generalist recruitment firms with several high-performing teams and structures… I understand that one size does not fit all, my client-base reflects this.Im not going to tell you what the job is, if you’ve been in a 360 role you should know what day to day activities look like. That said, everywhere is different and cultures can affect said activities - This is where my emphasis lies: I investment time and effort into understanding our clients, so you can choose what’s best for you!We’re building something special, I truly believe this. We are small but have a big brand and come highly recommended (do not just take my word for it, you can look at the profiles of everyone in the team).Unless there is a specific opportunity youre suited for, here is how the process works:1- Get in touch or send your CV over to me directly2- Well talk through your situation, Ill advise you on the market and understand what you are after.3- If applicable, Ill shortlist clients that match and establish a conversation for you. This could be via phone, video-call or face to face.4- With our help and knowledge, you can navigate interviews in confidence and qualify opportunities as they come. 5- The plan is to get to an offer stage and negotiate a package you are happy with.6- It does not end there though! We will stay in touch throughout your time with your new employer, it’s so important to have someone exterior to your agency to act as a solid sounding-board.
