Job Ref: KB03Job Title: Executive Vehicle Agent Location: Heathrow AirportSalary: £28,000Are you you an Ex-Military professional, with a clean driving licenceDo you have solid customer service, and interpersonal skillsAre you looking for a long-term role, where you work with luxury and prestigious carsAs a Executive Vehicle Agent, you will provide face to face support with individuals, hiring luxury cars within Heathrow airport, handing over keys, and using an internal system to schedule pickups and deliveries to high profile clients.You will join the longest running and top luxury hire vehicle services within Heathrow, where you will continue to offer total commitment to customer care and recognition that it is the small touches that make the big difference, working with Mercedes, Jaguar,Range Rover Audi, Porsche and Land Rover.Your duties and responsibilities:· Provide excellent Customer Service for both internal and external customers.· Ensure customer expectations are managed proactively.· Complete standard processes efficiently· Deal with customers face to face and deliver a good service.· Investigate customer problems, queries escalating as appropriate.· Undertake quality controls to ensure all cars are up to standard.· Complete daily administrative.· Provide accurate information to customers.· Qualify potential customers and manage risk.· Working a flexible shift pattern to include weekend work averaging 40 hours per week.The ideal candidate:· Competent with excel and word and ability to learn bespoke internal systems quickly.· Attention to detail.· A calm and analytical approach to problem solving.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.· Ability to quickly identify and prioritise issues, create solutions and meet deadlines.· Ability to work under pressure.· A full driving licence, with no convictions that must have been held for at least 2 years.
