  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential candidates.
  • Engage with candidates through various channels, showcasing exceptional communication skills, particularly in French and English.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific executive search needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to successful placement.
  • Collaborate with team members to strategize and execute effective executive search campaigns.
Qualifications:
  • A recent graduate with a degree in a relevant field.
  • Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Highly organised with a keen attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to develop a career in executive search.
  • Must have right to work in the UK (British Citizenship/ Presettled status)
