  • Headhunting candidates - understanding candidates career ambitions, skillset, and experience.
  • Communicating with clients - understanding clients’ business trajectory and what skills and
characteristics they are looking for.
  • Negotiating terms and contracts between candidates and clients.
  • Interviewing and working with C-Suite and Executive level candidates to help them in finding their next long-term position.
  • Building cutting-edge databases, to continually position them as a market leader in your specialised markets.

As a new consultant you will spend 5 weeks training, making you a 360-degree Consultant. This includes taking part in comprehensive workshops, designed to create future businessleaders. This training will give you skills to communicate effectively and form new client relationships in your market, allowing you to place candidates immediately. They further ensure that every employee is developing and growing in their position by runningweekly internal 1 to 1 training sessions. Benefits in working with our client:
