Job Description

Your Company:The talent acquisition team at NET Recruit are delighted to be partnering with a revolutionary financial services business to support their exciting new campaign for an Executive Business Manager working in a remote capacity. With the banking industry goingthrough extensive transforming, this business has stepped up to provide comprehensive, UK wide solutions for ongoing issues of individuals struggling to attain cash in their communities in a manageable and easy way.As such, this business are experiencing a tremendous level of growth and positive take up for their ground-breaking solutions and are pushing their services to communities across the country. This requires immense strategic, project and operational support,thus opening the door to this role. The aim of the position holder will be to provide exceptional support to Executive teams and the wider business on projects and the strategic plans of the business to ensure that goals are aligned, that processes are followedand that core stakeholders are communicated with regularly. This role will be invaluable to the future growth of the business in the coming years, the position holder will gain plenty of room to grow.Role & ResponsibilitiesWhile in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing the preparation of the operational business planning cycle, which will include the company target operating model, strategy planning, KPIs and performance reviews
  • Supporting key strategic projects for executive-to-executive, making sure that successful outcomes are strived for and that these align with company goals
  • Taking a key role in governance for the board and committees, drafting papers, supporting the executive team and Company Secretary to submit meeting packs, ensure the running of meetings without issues and providing additional support to the CEO as it isneeded
  • Providing support to the Executive team as it is required, which could include preparation for meetings and any other tasks that are needed
  • Liaising between internal senior Directors and the external stakeholders to keep communication clear, concise and accurate, and to create lasting strong business relationships
  • Instigating communication between internal teams to support the execution of initiatives and change projects, providing support for any issues raised and mitigating problems before they arise
  • Assisting with the management of special projects that will be directed by the CEO, this could include managing communication, analytics, reporting and other processes
  • Providing support to the Chief of Staff in their decision making across the business, giving insight, thoughts and experience recommendations related to the tasks at hand
What You Will Need To Apply:The business is keen to hear from experienced Business Managers, who possess excellent cross-functional experience in providing operational and project support. Strong project management skills and experience are paramount to this role, particularly withinleading strategic initiatives and managing multiple projects at any given time. Applicants will need to be able to demonstrate high levels of communication abilities, in both written and verbal forms, alongside outstanding presentation skills. Good knowledgeof Microsoft office and other business software is desired. Other coveted skills include excellent attention to detail, strong problem solving abilities, and competency in working autonomously and also in a small team.What You Will Get In Return:For the successful candidate, a starting salary of up to £70,000 would be on offer, alongside a fantastic benefits package which would include an above market average holiday package, 30 base days, plus bank holidays, a pension contribution that is virtuallyunheard of in the market today, totally 20%, and a host of additional benefits including health cover, gender-neutral family leave and a discretionary bonus.Additionally, this role can be worked flexibly in a mostly remote capacity, in order to suit the employee. As well as this, there will be a fully supported progression and training plan put in place, with regular catch ups to establish where training needsmight occur and subsequent high-quality material to support training. There is also excellent career development in this role, with the business taking an active and attentive view on their employees progression within the company.
