Executive Assistant / EA. This is a wonderful opportunity to work for a successful global organisation based near Victoria station. Theyre looking for an experienced EA / Executive Assistant to support this lovely Consultant in a 1:1 role. The role willinvolve:- managing his diary and day to day communications (you need to be someone who is good at building relationships), organising travel & producing itineraries, preparing complex documentation, update the in-house database, provide project managementassistance, expenses and review monthly invoices. As the EA you will be required to work 4 days in the office and Wednesdays from home and the hours are 9-6 with an hour for lunch. He’s a lovely man and will need someone patient, caring and kind who doesn’tmind making tea, being flexible, supportive and calm. Ideally you will have previous EA experience and enjoy working in this type of position.
