Job Description

A fantastic opportunity for an exceptional EA to join a top investment firm based in Central London. They are looking for someone to join the team to come on board to support their Finance and HR team, supporting between 4 and 5 individuals. This is asolid EA role with lots of room for growth. They are looking for a confident and proactive Assistant, who likes to be the lynchpin, with high emotional intelligence and a flexible, fluid approach to their work. This will be a hybrid role which will see youworking from the office 3 days per week and remotely for the remaining days (dependent on business needs). The hours are 9am-6pm.What you will doThis is a busy role which will require you to be incredibly organised and proactive

  • Comprehensive diary management
  • Meeting scheduling across different time zones
  • Booking international travel
  • Exposure to working with C-Suite
  • Expense management
