As a Barclays Executive Analyst, you will work with Programme and Project managers. business stakeholders, subject matter experts, operations users and project teams to plan, manage and co-ordinate the Operational Readiness work streams across all teamswithin the Wholesale Lending Operations Business Area. Within this role you will gain experience in creating and executing ambitious strategies whilst working inclusively with business and infrastructure partners. What will you be doing Driving operations and technology agenda, procedures, risk & control, training and business process alignment for short and long term (strategic) changes Supporting the enabling of changes to the Operations Teams and identify, track and implement lessons learned to future deliveries Liaising with technology, operations, finance, and others to form partnerships to ensure mutual responsibilities and smooth execution of the change effort Ensuring appropriate governance of functions, risks and plans to ensure that managers are continually challenged to make significant and sustainable improvements Ensuring effective and timely escalation routes through appropriate management to ensure project stays on track Planning and coordinating future activity balancing the priorities of the Programme schedule, the project workstream deliveries and the demands of BAU activity Working with workstream leads and various stakeholders and technology partners to ensure change is implemented smoothly Providing regular updates to key stakeholders, including senior leadership, across the Business to enable the tracking and reporting on progress What were looking for: Bachelors Degree Experience working within Wholesale Lending Operations with responsibility for analysis and/or end to end processing of syndicated loans Experience within a global organization and experience of large scale changes Experience on a commercial Loan platform (preferably ACBS and/or Loan IQ) Skills that will help you in the role Excellent understanding of ACBS / Loan IQ platform and hands on implementation experience is preferred Excellent understanding of key IBOR reform regulatory changes Where will you be workingThe Barclays Technology Campus, just outside Manchester, is our transatlantic tech command centre for information security in the UK.
