Are you an experienced events producer looking for your next challengeAre you interested in working for a progressive and constantly evolving organisationAre you excited by the opportunity to create innovative events and online content for an agenda-settingideas platform with global reach and impactWe are looking for an Events Producer to join our ambitious public events team!The RSA Events Programme is a powerful public resource, bringing important social, cultural, political and economic issues to a globalaudience, featuring world-class speakers and stimulating rich debate on the most urgent challenges facing society. We are the team behind the award-winning RSA Animates and RSA Shorts series, and our event videos, podcasts and animations are followed by over730,000 YouTube subscribers.In this role, youll take responsibility for end-to-end production of a wide range of events, as well as for researching and developing new content and new formats for public engagement.You will independently generate and deliverevents as part of a popular weekly lunchtime series of topical talks and panel discussions, as well as ad hoc additional events to support and promote the latest research insights, policy reports and project launches from the RSAs Research & Impact programmeteams.This is a busy time for the organisation with major campaign and report launches contributing to global public debates on climate emergency, good work, fair education and a just transition to a thriving future for people and planet. You will also contributeto social media support across RSA Events channels, ensuring dynamic and inclusive public engagement with events content pre, during and post event broadcasts.We are looking for someone who is engaged in and excited by contemporary culture, politics, currentaffairs and ideas. Youll have excellent writing, research and editorial skills as well as an eye for fresh developments in social media and the fast-moving online ideas landscape. Youll be a natural communicator with strong administrative, logistical andpeople skills and an affinity for the RSAs mission and values.
