Job Description

A nice and highly profitable B2B financial services provider is seeking an Events Marketing Manager to help with the implementation of a full suite of events. These include new business events, internal lunches and dinners, deal celebration & wider internalevents.Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the successful delivery of events, including new business events, round tables, media events, lunches & deal celebration dinners
  • Own and manage the new business events and marketing programme (including production bid materials and brochures/video)
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to manage event requirements & implement
  • Produce detailed proposals for events (including time lines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets)
  • Coordinate suppliers and all event logistics (for example, venue, catering, travel)
  • Management of attendance at events & ensure event is publicised and promoted
  • Manage all pre-event planning, organising programme, internal and external speakers
  • Onsite event management on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly
  • Budget management / ROI
  • Manage a team of onsite event support staff including full briefings
Requirements:
  • Experience in Event Management (Exhibitions, seminars, conferences, private dinners drinks receptions)
  • B2B financial services / insurance / professional services experience essential
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
  • Budget Management experience
  • Commercial Awareness
  • Results Driven
  • UK experience essential
£50-55,000 + 20% BonusHybrid role
