Job Description

Events Manager | Luxury JewelleryLondon (5 days office based)£40-50kThis heritage luxury jewellery business is looking for an experienced Events Manager to develop and deliver brand event experiences, as well as support on the PR programme.The RoleThis role will work with the Senior PR & Events Manager and the CMO to deliver an effective events and PR programme. You can expect to:

  • Lead and execute end-end delivery of both small instore events, and larger external events (400+ people).
  • Own and manage the events calendar.
  • Develop event proposals, budget estimates and timing schedules.
  • Manage internal communications including liaison on guest lists, RSVP management and updates. Quality post-event reporting including ROI.
  • Pitch creative concepts for event scopes.
  • Support on PR activities (35% of the role).
YouThis is a very high-end, traditional jewellers, so understanding this style business is crucial - you will have the chance to bring ideas in, but everything must go through sign off. Youll need:
  • Considerable experience managing events end-end in the premium/luxury space (jewellery ideal).
  • Experience managing both small, instore events, and larger external events is imperative.
  • An extremely high level of attention to detail, with strong written and communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Some PR experience is ideal, but its not the focus.
