Job: Events Manager (Remote UK)Created in 2012 by a holistic health expert, breathing therapist and pharmacist this globally recognised holistic wellbeing organisation is a school based on yogic breath techniques. Due to continued growth, they seek the services of an experienced EventsManager to oversee both their single & multi-day wellbeing events, tours & retreats (all breathwork, meditation & music related). This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-scaling organisation to build and manage the end-to-end success of their events,tours & retreats programmes.How you’ll contribute:Managing retreat logistics to make sure all runs smoothly on the day including the provision of things such as meditation cushions, yoga mats, incense, sound systems, musicians etc.Managing & organising large multi-day, multi-city event tours.Producing reviews of each event to continue to learn and improve each activity and overall strategy.Be the main point of contact with their key sector media partners for event activities.Work with their commercial and content teams to ensure all event attendance is maximised and events comms are planned and delivered to hit OKRs.Manage the budget for events, working with other team members to ensure they deliver strong ROI.Required:Experience of & a passion for the holistic/health/wellbeing sector - this is ESSENTIAL for the role.Experience in Events Management - driving attendees to events, tours & retreats.Other Stuff;£’s; £40k-£50k depending on experience.
