Job Description

An insurance business in London are looking for an interim Events specialist to help for a special summer project.Client DetailsInsurance business in LondonDescription

  • Meeting administration including co-ordinating availability, taking actions and circulating outputs.
  • Manage event invites and RSVPs using a dedicated mailbox.
  • Managing venues.
  • Desk based online research & presentation of findings.
  • Hospitality booking and amendments.
  • Administration of regulatory paperwork (H&S, site safety, risk assessments etc.) paperwork to relevant organisations (eg conference and exhibition organisers).
  • Updating & maintaining project files and records.
  • Liaising with other members of the project team & external partners where necessary outside of formal meeting schedule.
  • Liaising with vendors where necessary.
  • Maintaining checklists and ensuring project team members are on track to deliver on their responsibilities.
  • Assist with hosting at events.

  • An estimated salary range of £40,000-£45,000
  • 6 month FTC - ASAP start
  • Annual discretionary performance related bonus scheme
  • Pension - employer pension contributions of 9% subject to employee making a mandatory 1% contribution - if employee increases contribution we will match up to a max employer contribution of 12% (note: service criteria for pension eligibility to commencefor a Fixed Term Worker is 3 months from start date)
