Job Description

The role will focus on managing the Collaboration events, alongside the regional Cisco team, and the wider global Collaborationteam.This person should have strong organizational skills and a balanced understanding of event management and strategy, omni-channel marketing and brand marketing.Key responsibilities include managing and supporting marketing programs ranging from large events, industry events, online events and webinars, social casts and tracking KPIs to drive increased market adoption and meet revenue goals alongside field priorities.What youll do:* Work as a part of a brand marketing team focusing on creating amazing event experiences for the Webex customers across Europe, Middle East, Africa and Russia* Focus on event strategy and management in the form of large-scale events, industry third party events and online events including virtual, webinars and social casts* Build quarterly plan and manage budget to support event marketing activities and budgets* Work with EMEAR country sales team to enhance brand, demand and pipeline at events* Work with EMEAR partners to attend events together to drive demand and growth of Webex and partners* Manage event tracking and KPIs (Tracking leads, sales growth and marketing impact)* Analytics and reportingWho youll work with:You will work with a fun and hard-working marketing team of Cisconians based across EMEA. You will also work closely with sales teams, partner marketing teams and the wider global Collaboration Marketing group.Who you are:You have experience with event and marketing strategy across EMEA. You are fluent in English and may have a second language. You are a well-rounded event marketer that can think strategically, proactively and outside of the box. You can build marketing plansfor types and sizes of events.You have proven experience in event strategy and implementation including event design, demand generation and sales metric tracking. You have the ability to develop actionable insights from data in order to influence business decisions. You can synthesize resultsfrom various sources of information to provide recommendations.Our minimum requirements for this role:* Bachelors degree in Marketing or Business, or equivalent event marketing experience* 3+ years of event management* 3+ years of strategic marketing* Fluent in English required (other languages are a plus)* Strong understanding of Collaboration and Webex* Strong experience in collaboration with global and country teams in driving regional execution* Strong presentation and communication skills in presenting to cross functional teams* A highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements* Strong programme management skills with ability to execute marketing programmes from planning, conceptualization, design, execution and measurement* Experience driving event marketing strategies that generate measurable demand* Experience building amazing experience eventsHighly desirable:* Ability to travel to company, industry, and event locations if needed* Fast learner and agile* Entrepreneurial work ethic, sense of urgency and desire to succeed* Team player* Results-driven* Self-Starter* Strong understanding of lead and campaign systems* Strong understanding of marketing automation (Eloqua) best practices.* Speak another European Language* SaaS backgroundAdecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
