This coupled with their charitable work and fantastic company ethos makes them one of the best, and most rewarding agencies to work for!THE ROLEDue to continued business wins and the growth of existing business they are now looking for a Production Manager to come on board and take the lead on the creative production of their projects both across the UK and internationally. A broad role responsibilitiesinclude:•Delivering a range of live, hybrid and virtual projects•Advising on production and new technologies to enhance events•Client management and communication•Reading reviewing and interpretingtechnical drawings and site plans•Supplier selection and management•Pre-production scheduling•Ensure H&S and risk management across projects•Budget management and reconciliation•On site management including management of suppliers and freelancersTHE CANDIDATECandidates need to be confident client facing and have a broad knowledge and experience across event production – managing the production delivery across a wide range of events! Ideally candidates should come from a production / events agency or technical supplycompany but other backgrounds will be considered. A naturally creative mind, team orientated approach and the ambition to join a top flight agency are an absolute must.
