We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator with a minimum of one years experience in Marketing and Event Management function or support/administration, to join this Bank in the City of LondonWith previous experience working with a CRM system. Email marketing platform, excellent communication skills both written and verbalExperience crafting and sharing tailored, platform-appropriate content across social media.You will provide support with email marketing communications, including drafting copy and preparing mailings for dispatch, in line with the banks writing style.Proofread copy to ensure that it is accurate/grammatically correct and adheres to the banks corporate identity guidelines.Assist with the day-to-day management of the Events and Replies mailboxes; respond to customers directly or forward emails to the relevant person as necessary.Assist with virtual and in-person events, from crafting and sending invitations to managing events on the day.Create and edit content in collaboration with senior colleagues for offline and/or digital marketing channels, such as the website and social media, to achieve marketing objectives.Publish editorial, creative, and video content via social media, the website and the Hub as required.Assist with editing video content, podcasts, and imagery for use on external channels.Organise offline and digital assets in a coordinated and legally compliant way.Compile and present marketing information using common business software, e.g., PowerPoint. Demonstrate basic presentation skills to deliver these findings.Compile marketing reports using relevant system/software, e.g., CRM, Google Analytics, Campaigner
