Were looking for a Regional head of our Electronic Trading Solutions Sales and Relationship Management group to lead a team across the EMEA Region. Youll be responsible to develop and successfully execute Electronic Trading strategies with our EMEA clientand prospect base, focusing on business growth and retention, client engagement and service, and closely partnering with them to achieve business goals by realising value through our technology solutions. In this role well trust you to focus on the following:Strategy & Vision Have a clear vision for your business in EMEA underpinned by your understanding of the Electronic Trading industry and competitive landscape as well as external factors such as technology innovation and shifts in market structure Define andcommunicate a cohesive sales strategy built on our customers current and future needs and reflecting developments in the industry, technology and regulation Build consensus amongst regional and global senior leadership around your vision and priorities Beable to effectively position this vision and value of our marquee products to C-Suite stakeholders Leadership Take overall ownership for EMEA Electronic Trading Sales and Relationship Management, including identifying new business opportunities, pipeline growthand management, execution, and client management and servicing Partner with and influence your product management counterparts to build and develop products that meet and exceed your client expectations Play a key and active role in the EMEA Enterprise Salesleadership team to promote and achieve the wider Enterprise revenue Oversee the business operationally, ensuring legal, ethical and regulatory practices are adhered to and consistent with Bloombergs code of conduct Be a thought leader in external advisorygroups and conferences, and an active participant in the Electronic Trading community and regulatory and trade associations People Lead by example. Coach your team leaders to, lead and develop their team, delegate thoughtfully, drive accountability Complimentpeoples development by adding talent from various parts of the organisation as well as externally Role model internally and externally, championing and taking personal responsibility for Diversity & Inclusion Thoughtful in enabling a different range of perspectivesaround the table and creating an inclusive environment where people are able to speak up Youll need to have: 10 years+ experience with strong leadership and management skills to empower as well as hold accountable a diverse group of enterprise sales and relationshipmanagers A deep understanding and experience of electronic trading workflows and technology and associated business, economic and regulatory drivers Developed and executed sales strategies, playing a hands-on role in closing deals and leading sales initiativesInfluenced change through your deep understanding of our clients financial technology requirements and workflows Strong external networks to drive commercial opportunity Strong operational foundations and experience Led, identified and cultivated future talent,with a hands-on approach in workforce and succession planning If this sounds like you: Apply if you think were a good match.
