Job Description

Description of the Business Line or DepartmentLyxor Asset Management is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Societe Generale Group represented in the UK by Lyxor Asset Management UK LLP that is authorised and regulated by the FCA. Lyxor ETFs is an investment specialist that creates and promotes exchange traded products, in all asset classes, to institutional investors. With a strong culture of risk-management and research, Lyxor stands amongst the leaders in innovative, transparent and flexible asset management. Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) The ETF sales main objective is to assist senior sales people to increase the use of Lyxor ETFs among investors across the countries he/she is covering in order to increase Lyxors overall market share. Client Relationship Manager (CRM) Working closely with CRM specialists to ensure coverage of UK clients; the day-to-day relationships with these clients and their satisfaction as a whole. Summary of the key purposes of the role3 main objectives of the role Support the sales and CRM team to maintain relationships with clients and act as a point of contact for all incoming queries via phone and email from professional and retail investors Preparing client friendly emails as well as preparing comparison material between our funds and our competitors; to help increase the use of Lyxor ETFs amongst UK clients. In performing these tasks, you will need to develop and maintain strong working relationships with other Lyxor ETF units such as Capital Markets, Portfolio Management and Product Development based London and Paris to achieve accurate and timely results Assist in marketing activities by attending institutional events and supporting our digital marketing initiatives, by working closely with the marketing and sales team to provide support in order to increase client interaction and Lyxor ETFs market share. Summary of responsibilities Conduct Responsibilities

It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with operational and conduct risk requirements (e.g data leakage, security policies and regulatory requirements).
  • • Adhere to individual and where applicable department conduct rules in accordance with the FCA Code of Conduct rules • Responsibility for managing, controlling, preparing and escalating risk within the scope of your position and in line with existing policies. • Responsibility to ensure that you take reasonable steps to be fully aware of, understand and comply with all regulatory requirements from all regulatory and statutory bodies, trading venues, etc that are applicable to your role and business line. • To assist in the self identification of all conduct related issues. Ensure escalation to appropriate stakeholder or function whether internal or external. • Adhere to business line mandates relevant to the role as directed by your manager Level of autonomy and authorityAside from the delegated responsibility highlighted above, decisions are made in a collegiate manner and require agreement from the Sales or CRM teams or, where relevant, other Lyxor business units such as Marketing.
