Lyxor ETFs is an investment specialist that creates and promotes exchange traded products, in all asset classes, to institutional investors. With a strong culture of risk-management and research, Lyxor stands amongst the leaders in innovative, transparent and flexible asset management. Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) The ETF sales main objective is to assist senior sales people to increase the use of Lyxor ETFs among investors across the countries he/she is covering in order to increase Lyxors overall market share. Client Relationship Manager (CRM) Working closely with CRM specialists to ensure coverage of UK clients; the day-to-day relationships with these clients and their satisfaction as a whole. Summary of the key purposes of the role3 main objectives of the role Support the sales and CRM team to maintain relationships with clients and act as a point of contact for all incoming queries via phone and email from professional and retail investors Preparing client friendly emails as well as preparing comparison material between our funds and our competitors; to help increase the use of Lyxor ETFs amongst UK clients. In performing these tasks, you will need to develop and maintain strong working relationships with other Lyxor ETF units such as Capital Markets, Portfolio Management and Product Development based London and Paris to achieve accurate and timely results Assist in marketing activities by attending institutional events and supporting our digital marketing initiatives, by working closely with the marketing and sales team to provide support in order to increase client interaction and Lyxor ETFs market share.
