Job Description

The role of ERP Support Analyst is to provide support with the management of day-to-day administration and maintenance of the companys financial systems and data structures. As the ERP Support Analyst you will support in the administration of the GroupsOracle ERP layer GL Record to Report. In addition to the sub ledgers (iProcurement, AP, AR, Projects, Billing, Fixed Assets, Tax, FAH)Client DetailsOne of the biggest and well known financial organisations in the world.   • Acts as the systems expert for the financial systems in the Record to Report area, provides cross functional ongoing support, maintenance and future implementations.
  • Supporting core modules across Oracle R12 and efficiently responding to all queries and raising only the most complex cases.
  • Supports projects across the business involving finance systems.
  • Works with peers to run regular checks on systems reconciliation, recording any anomalies and taking initiative to fix issues.
  • Supports the use of appropriate financial data structures.
  • Preparation and maintenance of documentation (functional specifications, configuration documents etc).
  • Management of issue resolution, including SR management.
  • Leverage information within Service Now to maintain efficient and complete support service to the business leverage information.
  • Working with EPM managers to deliver on an efficient end to end Finance solutions.
Profile
  • Previous experience in Oracle implementations a significant advantage.
  • Experience in finance systems and IT.
  • Good understanding of Financial operations and processes.
  • Some knowledge in multi table SQL capabilities.
  • Core understanding of accounting principles.
  • Proactive behaviour that demonstrates initiative and positive work ethic to ensure activities are delivered to the required time, budget and quality.
Job Offer
  • £60,000-£65,000 base salary + 10% bonus
  • Wellness allowance of £1,000
  • 10% pension contribute (you contribute 5%)
  • Hybrid working
