Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a e-Rostering Systems Administrator to join our IT Team here at The London Clinic. This role is based in our Head Office with remote working available, and we are offering a competitive salary of up £40,000 - £45,000 per annum.Established in 1932, The London Clinic is one of the UK’s largest independently owned non-profit hospitals, with state-of-the-art facilities located on Harley Street. We have circa 1300 employees, a total of 8 premises, and we are dedicated to providing the best, personalised healthcare with a breadth of surgical and medical expertise.Job DescriptionAs part of the IT team, the post-holder will be responsible for supporting the day to day usage of the Health Roster system by providing technical expertise to resolve frontline user issues swiftly.

  • Job Type: Full Time, permanent position.
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week; Mon - Fri within the core hours of 8.30am-5.30pm
  • Location: The London Clinic Administration Building, 1 Park Square West, London, NW1 4LJ.

  • Duties & Responsibilities
  • To resolve technical and process/management queries regarding e-Rostering and associated modules where necessary to escalate complex issues to the e-Rostering Manager.
  • To support the assessment of existing processes (i.e. manual and those from the legacy system) and support the development of new processes for use with e-Rostering and associated modules, including the ongoing refinement and development of processes following upgrades.
  • Meet regularly with e-Rostering Manager to review roster templates with regard to staffing levels and competencies. To offer advice and guidance to resolve issues identified.
  • In conjunction with the agreed project implementation plan, to support the rollout of all new e-Rostering product releases and upgrades as directed.
  • Skills & Experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of and experience of an e-Rostering platform, ideally Allocate.
  • Experience of preparing, analysing and presenting management reports to stakeholders across an organisation
  • Experience of delivering training to a range of audiences
  • Ability to communicate technical issues effectively and professionally to non-technical staff at all levels, verbally and written
