Job Description

EPR Project ManagerAgency Reference Number: J78799Venn Group is currently working with a NHS Trust to recruit an EPR Project Manager to implement a new cross care setting, EPR system that will improve the quality and delivery of care to patientsRate: £286.28 per day (umbrella) IR35 status: Inside Location: Outer London Working hours: Monday – Friday (37.5 hours)Job Responsibilities:

  • Take responsibility for the definition, documentation and execution of one or more projects
  • Delivering transformational projects, ensuring strategic fit, alignment across the Trust with a focus on financial benefits, delivering quality improvements and optimising service delivery opportunities
  • Establishing and implementing a programme of work to deliver the transformation strategy and ensure it is aligned with national, system and local directives
  • Maintaining strong relationships with operational directorates, clinicians, corporate teams and the wider Informatics team to deliver an effective and innovative solution
  • Ensuring all areas of the project delivery are planned and that benefits are tracked and realised using consistent project management and service improvement methodology
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience at compiling realistic large EPR project plans and delivering to target
  • Previous experience with EPR implementations, ideally Cerner/Oracle Health
  • NHS acute experience
  • Experience in PRINCE2 or other relevant methodologies
