Job Description

Rate: Competitive Market Rate, inside IR35 through an umbrella companyLocation: Various/United KingdomThe RoleDeloitte are supporting multiple clients with EPIC implementation, go-live and post go-live support, testing and training.Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Trusts existing team of analysts and end users in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contribute to any initiative or recommend pro-active optimisations to enhance current workflows.
  • Work on complex and regular module specific builds, troubleshoot issues and reduce backlogs.
  • Liaise with SMEs, stakeholders for requirement gathering, demo builds to multiple decision groups. Collaborate with the team and different modules to ensure your build does not impact other applications and the approvals are in place for the change.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, providing Incident resolution support.
Mandatory Qualifications and Experience:
  • Certified / accredited in one or more Epic Applications (Modules to be clearly specified in your CV).
Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
  • Further experience of other similar Epic EPR implementations (to be clearly specified in your CV).
  • Minimum experience of working in the specified clinical application in an analyst role on at least 1 similar Epic EPR implementations (to be clearly specified in your CV).
