Job Description

Are you a Technology Consultant who would like to continue your next project without needing to start over with a new client assignment Are you an Infrastructure Architect who would like to deliver more than just your designs Are you an InfrastructureSpecialist who wants the opportunity to get in-depth on different technologies across new projects Then this is the opportunity for you! The role will be part of our in-house, internally focused Enterprise Technology Consulting team, which is a globally diverse highly skilled group of technologists responsible for facilitating technology change across WTW. We are seeking someone pragmatic, collaborativeand hands-on, who can work with stakeholders and other technology colleagues to take an idea from conception to business as usual. Candidates will have a broad technical background with the willingness to dive deep into a specific technology as needed based on project demands. A current critical programme of work is focussed on Azure and so in-depth experience of global Azure design andimplementation projects is preferred. The team will work side by side with Enterprise and Business Technology teams spread across our various globally dispersed business units to assist driving technology change. We are open to candidates (remote, hybrid or office-based) located in the Europe or Americas regions. The Role

  • Responsible for the identification, comparison, selection, and implementation of technology solutions that meet WTWs current and future requirements.
  • Proactively evangelizing and raise awareness of modern technologies, features and capabilities that can be used to drive business benefit and monetization.
  • Work closely with Enterprise and Business Technology teams to define and deliver innovative solutions and enhancements taking them through to BAU. This would include training the BAU teams and in some cases might involve building new BAU capabilities.
The Requirements
  • The ideal candidate will have good interpersonal and communication skills and be a team player with emphasis on collaboration and partnerships.
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with colleagues across businesses and functions and exhibit strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Must be a problem solver with a can-do attitude.
  • Be a curious and active learner.
  • Ability to work across multiple business areas globally, with the ability to quickly understand the unique details of applications in different contexts.
  • Certified expert knowledge and experience in cloud technologies including Microsoft Azure, Office 365.
  • Expert knowledge of fundamental technical areas including infrastructure services, networking, security best practices, cloud native technologies and DevOps operating models focused on an Agile approach.
