This facilitates collaboration and allows employees to maximiseproductivity whilst maintaining a healthy work/life balance.BackgroundAs a manager in the Risk team, the role will lead on the risk management activities with the Technology and Support functions and play a key part in the production of the AAFKey Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver Technology and support function RCSAs supporting all other RCSA activities such as incident management and KRIs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior management and other internal stakeholders.
  • Support the delivery of the AAF report and associated day-to-day processes.
  • Support to all aspects of the ongoing development of the risk management framework.
  • Support the Business Resilience and assess ongoing BAU effectiveness.
  • Ensure alignment of the Departments diversity and inclusion approach with Jupiter Groups values and associated policies.
  • Support and develop more junior members of the team.
