The Role: An exciting opportunity to work with our Business Administration and Management ("BAM") team focused on a variety of tasks includingvendor and e-trading management, procurement of enterprise data sets, and ad-hoc firm-wide initiatives. The BAM team, which reports directly in the Firms global COO, is highly visible, working closely with virtually all functions at the Firm. The role wouldsuit a highly motivated, analytical, and commercial individual who is curious to understand and add value to the inner workings of a leading hedge fund. Responsibilities: Full-cycle procurement management from commercial negotiations, to liaising contractlegal reviews, through to post-approval signing, while ensuring accurate processing and record keeping. Establish and strengthen partnerships with vendors and e-trading venue providers. Evaluate service and commercial terms to optimize cost efficiencies. Ensureservice entitlements are completed appropriately for joiners/leavers and staff relocation. Requirements: 2 to 6 years of experience in banking, insurance, or asset management industry. Experience of working with e-Trading platforms and market data vendorsincluding Bloomberg, Refinitiv, ICE, LSEG and MSCI (helpful but not essential). Experience of reviewing commercial agreements (preferred but not essential). Excellent multi-tasking, time management, organisation skills, effective prioritisation, and abilityto work to tight deadlines. Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and a naturally curious mindset. Ability to pick-up new concepts and logically solve problems. Proactive attitude to resolve issues, make recommendations, and propose solutions.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to communicate clearly and concisely. Evidence of continued education in Finance. Numeracy and proficiency in MS-Excel.
