Job Description

Enterprise Architect - D365 - London / Hybrid - 9m FTCEnterprise Architect required for a leading healthcare company based in Paddington, London to be responsible for aligning the business strategy and goals with technology systems and infrastructure. This involves understanding the currentstate of the companys technology landscape, identifying gaps and inefficiencies, and developing an architectural roadmap for how technology can support and enable the business strategy.The ideal candidate for this position will have extensive experience working as an Enterprise Architect, have excellent knowledge of Dynamics 365 and Azure and be comfortable working within a fast-paced environment.The salary on offer for this position is up to £100,000 (FTE). Please note this is a 9 Month Fixed Term Contract.This role is hybrid with 2 days required in their Paddington office.Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business leaders, IT professionals, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and define enterprise architecture strategies that support business goals.
  • Design and oversee the implementation of enterprise-wide solutions, including integration of Microsoft stack technologies such as Dynamics 365, big data platforms, customer facing web and mobile applications and security.
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure that the organization is well-positioned to capitalise on new opportunities.
  • Create and maintain architectural models, diagrams, and documentation that describe the organizations current and future-state architecture.
  • Work closely with solution and system architects to ensure that solutions are integrated into the overall architecture and are aligned with the organizations goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors, partners, and other stakeholders to ensure that the organization is able to leverage their expertise and capabilities effectively.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure that solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and meet
  • business requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with enterprise architecture initiatives, ensuring that security, privacy, and regulatory requirements are met.
Key Skills· Extensive experience in enterprise architecture, with a strong focus on Microsoft stack technologies such as Dynamics 365 and Azure.· Experience with microservice architectures such as Docker / Kubernetes (desirable)· Experience working in the healthcare industry (desirable).· Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in an agile environment.· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.· Ability to build integration strategies, design and maintain architectural models, diagrams, and documentation.· Certifications such as TOGAF are required.· Experience working within the Scaled Agile framework is beneficial.· Experience in identifying and mitigating risks associated with enterprise architecture initiatives.· Ability to lead and mentor other architects and members of the IT teamCrimson is acting as an employment agency regarding this vacancy.
