  • Coaching and leading your team of 6 Engineers (1 Frontend and 5 Backend)
  • Create a team of high performing software developers
  • Enhancing the delivery process while engaging in people management in a lean, agile environment
  • Working with Engineers, Product and Data Analysts and Data Scientists
You will be a great Engineering Manager if you:
  • Have experience in coaching and people management of engineering teams
  • Advocate for modern methodologies such as TDD that produce a forward-looking working environment
  • Have assisted team members progress both personally and professionally by leading 1-2-1s
  • Are passionate about technology, architecture and people building
  • Have a strong background in backend software development and in-depth knowledge of software engineering principles
