SUMMARYA leading marketing service provider are seeking a Engineer (Customer Integration).This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an expanding global organisation that is focused on helping their employees grow alongside the company.The Engineer (Customer Integration) is responsible for supporting clients technical needs throughout their lifecycle within the companys marketing ecosystem. This can include, but is not limited to, attending technical exploration meetingswith internal stakeholders or external clients to support the best tracking strategy; providing correct website tracking codes and instructions for client implementation; performing tracking QA and troubleshooting post integration inquiries.The ideal candidate will be highly responsive, able to communicate to a technical & non-technical audience, and adept at providing custom solutions, when necessary. This is an exciting opportunity to work with global teams to solve client integration needs,either through a single channel or multiple ones. Your ongoing goal is to provide a positive customer experience within and outside of the company.Roles & Responsibilities:Were looking for a self-starter and finisher, who has a passion for creative problem-solving.
