Job Title -Observability DevOps EngineerLocation - PuneRole DescriptionObservability Platforms provides the foundation of the Banks Production Engineering capabilities and is responsible for providing products, strategy and thought leadership across the Bank around Observability / Monitoring and Capacity Management. Alongsideour Engineering, Architecture and SRE pillars, the Observability Platforms Product and Strategy team is responsible for managing our portfolio of multiple products across the full lifecycle, providing leadership of vision, strategy, driving transformationincluding migration to GCP. Observability Platforms products are implemented globally and provide core product capabilities underpinning the Availability, Event, Performance and Capacity Management across the majority of the Banks Infrastructure and Application estates, including Cloud. Observability Platforms are currently engaged in a multi-year transformation of Observability / Monitoring and Capacity Management across the Bank to support the Hybrid Cloud and other initiatives. The successful candidate will be an experienced Senior DevOpsengineer who will be responsible for existing DevOps practices along with future proposal of any best suitable changes in bank from DevOps perspective. Also shortlisted candidate will work closely with Architecture decision body to propose banks future needsand realignments. Your key responsibilities We are seeking an exceptional engineer to work in the Hybrid Monitoring and Capacity Platforms team with 10+ years relevant experience. The team is responsible for the strategy and engineering of a broad portfolio of systems management applications includingmonitoring & event management, performance & capacity management. The team covers the development and engineering of a wide range of products and solutions. The successful candidate will be a highly competent engineer who has knowledge in the Netcool domain and experience in dev ops . The candidate should be willing to learn and embrace new technologies and keen to develop and broaden their systems management knowledge and skillset Your skills and experience

• Bespoke script development (Perl, shell, etc.): primarily on Perl.
• Integrations with a variety of third-party tools (like service now).
• experience in development of custom workflow/ rest api/webhook.
• Basic hands own experience on Linux environment

• Experienced in CI-CD and SDLC tools supporting the end-to-end pipeline (JIRA / Git / Bitbucket and the use of Pull Requests, Team City Artifactory, Jenkins, Automation (Ansible)

• Experience in SVN (Git /Bit bucket)
• Experience in setting pipeline for IaaC (Terraform)
• Automation and orchestration tools (Ansible)
• Web technologies: SOAP, rest APIs etc
• Seasoned practitioner of software development lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
• Strong testing methodology and experience (ideally in automated Unit testing and/or HP ALM)
• Experience with static code analysis tools like Sonar
• An understanding of the following technologies will be a plus: Python, R, PHP, Angular JS, Shell script, Oracle / MySQL
