Job Description

  • Overseeing the utilities management for our portfolio of commercial properties, to include energy and telecommunications.
Client DetailsFamily owned and run company, worth 3.5 billion pounds, has large portfolio of commercial buildings in central London.Description
  • Overseeing the utilities management for our portfolio of commercial properties, to include energy and telecommunications.
  • Procurement of energy contracts and services, aligning with our Sustainability Framework.
  • Responsible for ongoing management of our services, to include billing management.
  • Conducting and authoring SECR and other environmental reporting.
  • Responsible for project and contract management to include meter installations, meter removals, fibre internet line installations.
  • Working closely with our Sustainability Team, in applying ESG principles across all our assets and ongoing redevelopment projects.
  • Monitoring of energy management system, looking at real-time data from our sites and implementing work orders to improve and rectify issues, minimizing energy loss and preventing emergency repairs.
  • Remote monitoring and interrogation of various sites via BMS systems to improve energy efficiency, including time and temperature scheduling.
  • Preparing and issuing electricity recharges to tenants, using meter reads from sub-meters.
  • Overseeing fibre internet recharges to tenants.
  • Overseeing copper line mitigation to VOIP lines across our portfolio.
  • Liaising with tenants, assisting with energy data provision, supporting them with their operations and environmental reporting.
  • Being the point of contact with all our energy and telecommunication providers and energy consultants.
  • Providing strategies for efficient operation of the property portfolio, including a gradual removal of gas from buildings.
