Employee Relations and HR Business Partner - LondonThe Society and College of RadiographersFounded in 1920, the Society of Radiographers (SoR) is the only body in the UK representing the whole of the radiographic workforce. SoR is a trade union and professional body representing the professional, educational, public and workplace interests of its 30,000 members. The College is a charitable body registered in England and Scotland.The Society and College of Radiographers are now seeking an experienced HR professional with a successful track record of developing and implementing effective HR policies, processes and practices.Working closely with the CEO and directors, the successful candidate will work strategically and operationally, ensuring the people agenda is reflected in all areas of our operational and organisational planning.Youll have excellent employment law knowledge, experience of developing HR strategy, people development systems, and you will know how to support managers through organisational change, with complex employee relations issues and with recruitment campaigns.
