It is proven that an engaging working environment fosters happier, healthier, more fulfilled workforces, driving both productivityand innovation. What you can expect:

  • Analyse annual Great Place to Work (GPTW) survey for both markets, prepare findings and presentations for Retail and Head office, follow up action plans and lead working groups
  • Implement pulse surveys to help support working environment and take appropriate actions
  • Work directly with the local HR teams on topics and projects supporting wellbeing, engagement rewards & benefits
  • Liaise and support the Senior Payroll and HR Manager in review and implementation of benefits and employee insurances
  • Provide backup to our receptionist, as needed
  • Support HR team and other internal partners such as Health & Safety, Reception and Marketing on projects
  • Oversee New Hire onboarding process
  • Lead employee working group and help drive the head Office social committees actions
  • Assist Business Support Manager/Office reception teams in maintaining and developing the best employee space for the office teams (London & Copenhagen)
  • Support and assist organising social events for the head office
  • Work closely with Head of Retail, Area/Store Managers and stores on back office & culture following regular retail visits
  • Champion D&I initiatives locally and representative for the Northern Hub on Global taskforce and initiatives
Your profile:
  • Excellent communicator, both verbal and written. The job holder will act as the first point of contact handling complex and confidential situations and requests in a timely and effective manner
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
