Alexander Lloyd are proudly partnering with a market leading Employee Benefits Consultancy who are looking for a Group Risk Consultant to join their SME team.This SME team currently consists of 4 consultants across Group Risk and Healthcare. This role would be on the Group Risk side overseeing a portfolio of 150 schemes, with lives ranging from 3 - 300. You would have an account manager who does all the quotesto providers, renewals and ongoing admin, so you can focus on the client aspect. You would be primarily responsible for the retention of your existing portfolio of Group Risk clients as well as maximising any new business opportunities from up / cross sellingexisting accounts and converting new business leads. A suitable candidate would have at least some client facing / consulting experience with Group Risk products within a consultancy environment, or someone who is already in a consultant position looking formore progression within a leading EBC with strong staff retention.This opportunity is paying from £35,000 - £40,000, plus a discretionary bonus and benefits package. This would be a hybrid arrangement in the South East of England, they can be very flexible on how often you would have to attend the office depending on yourlevel of experience.
