We are looking for a new staff member to join our new Young Carers & Families service in the following position: Employability & Transitions Worker (30 hrs p/w) Are you passionate about making a real difference in young lives Do you thrive on creativeproblem-solving and building strong connections Join our team and become a champion for young heroes facing unique challenges. This is an exciting opportunity for you to become part of a new service in Norfolk helping empower young carers to build resilience,overcome obstacles and reach their full potential. You will be working mainly with older young carers (aged 14-18) as they navigate employment, apprenticeship, training and education pathways. You will have the opportunity to ignite dreams and unleash youngcarers potential for brighter futures.
