My client are a leading Telecoms vendor with a worldwide customer base. Posting year on year growth they are looking to hire an EMEA Partner Service Delivery Manager to join their UK based team to work alongside the existing account teams.The candidate will perform all aspects of Partner Management with Regional Service Delivery partners and Global Service Accredited Channel Partners for his designated region. Duties include Partner Vetting, Commercial Evaluation, On-boarding, Operational Planning through transition and "go live" to ensure ongoing operational and financial success for Ciena and the partners. The Consultant works closely with internal stakeholders and directly with the Service Partners facilitating communication and translating operational requirements for the complete life cycle of the operation, from pre-contract to ongoing network support, into structured executable tasks, milestones, deliverables, KPI’s and recurring strategic Business Reviews.You will need to have strong, relevant industry experience, at least 10 years, or equivalent in the areas of business management, project management, program management, customer service, commercial and contract negotiation· Bachelors’ degree in computer science, engineering, business or related fields preferred. Masters degree a plus.· Formal accreditation in program or project management e.g. PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner is a plus.· Experience with the following applicable telecommunication technologies a plus. Layer 2 and 3 Packet (MPLS-TP and MPLS-IP), DWDM, Optical SDH (Core and Access). Required skills
