Job Description

THE GIG A key member of our EMEA Operations team, our Logistics Manager will manage strategic partnerships with our Third-Party Logistics Providers (3PL) who operate our distribution centres in the EMEA region. You will provide inspirationalleadership to your team, working with colleagues across the globe to ensure productivity, accuracy and cost targets are met or ideally exceeded. Youll play a real part in building an agile and best in class logistics network. This role will involve travelto our DCs in Northamptonshire and Netherlands (monthly). As our EMEA Logistics Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Build, maintain and enhance relationship with appointed 3PLs to build an agile and responsive Logistics infrastructure
  • Manage the 3PL performance levels and costs, leading and driving initiatives in productivities
  • Coach, lead and develop team to create a culture of growth and high performance and continuous improvements.
