The EMEA infrastructure Chief Technology Officer (iCTO) role will report directly to the International Chief Technology Officer. Representing all aspects of the global iCTO function for the EMEA region, aligning business demand management with the strategicroad maps and architecture. Responsible for managing a team of staff regionally, EMEA iCRMs & EMEA Infrastructure Solutions Engineering teams will report directly to the EMEA iCTO, with matrix reporting lines established for the delivery of other global functionsinto the region ( End User Digital Experience (GEUX), Network, Platform Engineering etc.) EMEA iCTO will be a single point of contact for all IT Infrastructure services to the EMEA Head of IT, EMEA country heads and the regulators; responsible for deliveringIT Infrastructure services to 15 countries (in which there are 36 STT entities) and is subject to 18 financial oversight/regulatory bodies. This key leader will be expected to lead engineering for the EMEA CTO organization and prioritize regional deliveryof the portfolio for all business demand requirements for both internal employee structure and external strategic partners. The preferred candidate will demonstrate Financial Services Infrastructure domain knowledge, outstanding relationship and vendor management,communication, listening and collaboration skills and will work effectively with various stakeholders and counterparts across the globe. Main Responsibilities of this role are: Be directly accountable for ensuring delivery of service between infrastructureplatform architecture, engineering, delivery and operations to the EMEA region Support the International iCTO in implementation of enterprise architecture framework, roadmap and infrastructure solutions architecture. This role is accountable for aligning technologystrategies and roadmaps to the product/client business strategies as well as corporate support functions within EMEA. Responsible for ensuring delivery of IT Asset Management both hardware and software for EMEA, this includes lifecycle management for an indirectportfolio (software licenses, hardware, software, desktop to datacenter, perpetual licenses) within the Region, in conjunction with the Global Functional Leads and International Lifecycle Management Lead. What youll do: Develop and implement strong demandmanagement principals and processes across all areas of the EMEA iCTO organization, platforms, architecture, engineering and Infrastructure delivery and operations. Ensure the availability and resiliency of business applications requirements are tightly alignedto the infrastructure platforms and services in region. Work directly with the International Lifecycle Lead to ensure application and infrastructure Lifecyle management is directly tied together, with an eye on proactive management of this process end to end.Provide oversight to all platform and infrastructure services agreed upon SLAs, agree appropriate actions to maintain and improve service levels while evolving their service program as needed for new services within EMEA. Champion and promote service improvementson an ongoing basis to continually improve quality and customer satisfaction with IT services Review service metrics (KPIs) that identify the success of the services being utilized to recommend and coordinate implementation of changes to ITSM services to improvemetrics Ensure regional demand management requirements for EMEA are brought forward to ensure comprehensive infrastructure services and availability are represented from a regional standpoint Partner with the International Regulatory and Compliance Lead, andGlobal Cyber Security to proactively protect and strengthen IT assets against internal and external threats and work closely with regulatory and audit groups to ensure compliance Accountable for delivery of Infrastructure Solutions Engineering in region, includingsolutions planning and guidance for new business integration, mergers & acquisitions, transformation programs and complex cross-platform projects Responsible for Infrastructure Client Relationship management (iCRMs) in region, for delivering "One Infrastructure"to the client whilst liaising effectively with other internal Infrastructure teams and acting as a conduit. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification Proven ability to effectively manage time and balance priorities acrosssimultaneous assignments Very strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills 8+ years of experience in a Financial Services Infrastructure domain operating in a global environment PreferredExperience: Experience in Demand Management , Infrastructure Solutions Architecture & IT Asset Management. Experience working with large diverse teams with significant vendor suppliers is desirable Experience leading on large-scale infrastructure projects(migrations or transformations) Strong Proficiency with MS Office tools , experience with the creation of executive-level communications/presentations.
