This is a trading analyst position within the EMEA Equity Delta One trading team based in London. The mandate consists in covering a global book MSCI Global Developed and Emerging markets indexes. The ideal candidate will successfully learn how to run a global book to trade all delta one products on global indexes and will have to reply to all client requests related to it in a timely manner. The candidate will also ideally be confident in an opened environment with interactions with many other different teams: marketing, other trading teams, exotics, structuring, quantitative research, technology, legal, and control functions. The ideal candidate will also be extremely client focused and ready to supply other teams with a first class service in first class way. Quantitative and coding skills, accuracy, efficiency and independence in daily business will be key in the candidates success in the role. • Trading Pricing of client requests: up to 1Y equity performance swaps on Global EM/DM indexes, futures, synthetics, rolls and swaps. Optimizing desk daily executions (matching and back tests on different ways of hedging) Optimizing Global Indexes tracking: corporate actions hedging, dividends reinvestments,... Spot and seize opportunities in the IDB • Coding Developing tools on Global Indexes daily tracking business Coding specific quick win tools for the trading desk (Python and vba) • Interaction with other teams Providing first class service to sales, marketers and other trading teams Expand relationship with other trading teams: Exotics and F&O • Language and code Fluent in English Good coding skills in VBA and Python
