Electrical HV Operations ManagerAlecto Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced regional manager in the London area.Our client, who are leading employers in the UK for energy projects are looking for an experienced manager to develop the business, aiming towards the full delivery of maintenance, connections and large scale distribution capital projects.The Role:You will be responsible for growing a team which delivers the Electrical Network operation functions within the local area, working with colleagues across the Region to achieve the overall business targets.The job holder will demonstrate strong leadership in achieving an incident and injury free organisation. A high standard of safety management will prevail throughout all areas of responsibility.You will Ensure that a high standard of safety management prevails throughout all areas of responsibility in order to establish an incident and injury free culture whilst working to deliver the Distribution Capital Programme and Connections work within the Area.The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of initiative and achievement and a proven track record towards meeting business targets.
